Amirabdollahian who is in Oman for a one-day trip said that he will meet Oman's foreign minister and other senior officials to discuss the expansion of bilateral, regional, and international relations.
The Iranian foreign minister said that Iran was interested in upgrading political and cultural relations with Oman to high levels of economic and business cooperation.
The top Iranian diplomat, meantime, said that Iran, Oman, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan have signed a quadripartite agreement to revive the transit line.
